No. S.O. 11/P.O.5/2005/S.1./2005. In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Punjab Value Added Tax ordinance, 2005 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the First day of April, 2005, for the purpose of the aforesaid sub-section (2).
