The 31st, March, 2005

No. S.O. 13/P.O.5/2005/S.3./2005. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3 of the Punjab Value Added Tax ordinance, 2005 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. D.P. Reddy, I.A.S. as Commissioner for carrying out the purpose of this Ordinance.
