Notification

The 31st, March, 2005

No. S.O. 16/P.O.5/2005/S.9/2005. In pursuance of the provisions of section 9 of the Punjab Value Added Tax ordinance, 2005 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab in pleased to direct that there shall be levied on the taxable turnover of sales of a registered person, turnover tax at the rate of one paisa in a rupee, with immediate effect.
