The 1st, April, 2005

No. S.O. 18/P.A.9/2000/S.10./2005. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Punjab Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2000 (Punjab Act No. 9 of 2000), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the Schedule appended to the Act, namely : -

SCHEDULE

In the said Schedule, serial No. 1 to 15 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
