No. S.O 37/P.A.46/48/S. 5/Amd/2003.- in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Punjab General Sales Tax Act, 1948 (Punjab Act No. 46 of 1948), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment with immediate effect without previous publication, in Schedule "A", appended to the said Act, namely :-

In the said Schedule, Category XIV, and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted
