Offer for lease of Computer Hardware

1.                  Excise and Taxation Technical Services Agency (ETTSA) is the implementing agency for technical services in the Department of Excise and Taxation, Punjab.  It is currently engaged in implementing an ambitious System Integration project covering hardware, software, WAN, LAN and facilities management.  The organisation requires hardware consisting of Pentium-IV (to be used as server) approx. 5 Nos., thin clients approx. 40 in numbers with key boards, mouse, DMP 132 Col. and 80 Col. UPS etc. on lease.  The vendors who are in position to lease out this hardware may submit their expression of interest.  The leased hardware will be maintained by the lesser and defective pieces would be replaced with 100% uptime of the equipment.  Shortlisted vendors will be asked to submit their minimum rates of each item thereafter.  The vendor should give his complete bio-data indicating annual turnover and the name of clientele served.

2.                  The envelope should be super-scribed with the words Offer for lease of Computer Hardware.

3.                  The offers must reach the undersigned by 20.06.2003 by 3.00 P.M. in VIP Suite No.7, 2^nd Floor, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Sector 26, Chandigarh.
