NOTICE INVITING OFFERS FOR PROVIDING TECHNICAL AND SECRETRIAL STAFF

1.                  Excise and Taxation Technical Services Agency (ETTSA) is the implementing agency for technical services in the Department of Excise and Taxation, Punjab.  It is currently engaged in implementing an ambitious System Integration project covering hardware, software, WAN, LAN and facilities management.  The organisation is in need of highly qualified I.T. and accounts professionals as well as non-professional services.  The services required include Security, Cleaning, House Keeping, Secretarial Work, Administrative Assistance, Managerial/Professional Assistance, Record Keeping, Library Maintenance, Accounting, Book Keeping, Data Entry and other such support services.  Sealed offers are invited from financially sound and reputed companies registered with EPF/ESIC/Labour Department or any other statutory body for providing the above services.  The offer should contain the companys profile, its annual turnover, valid Income Tax Certificate and a demand draft for Rs.500/- (Non-Refundable).

2.                  The tentative strength of all categories will be around 100.

3.                  The envelope should be super-scribed with the words Offers for providing Technical and Secretariat Staff.

4.                  The offers must reach the undersigned by 20.06.2003 by 3.00 P.M. in VIP Suite No.7, 2^nd Floor, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administrative, Sector 26, Chandigarh.

5.                  ETTSA reserve the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof.
